The Association of Midnight Basketball is a registered non-profit that has been providing community outreach services since 1986.
Through basketball leagues, mentorship, and life skills workshops, we give young people the tools they need to succeed. What began as a simple idea — keep kids off the streets — has grown into a national movement — once spanning 50+ chapters at its peak — now operating 16 licensed chapters serving communities across 7 states.
We believe every young person deserves a safe space to grow, learn, and find their potential. Basketball is our vehicle — community is our mission.

The Midnight Basketball League Program™ is AMB’s comprehensive crime prevention and intervention model. Through structured life skills workshops, peer mediation, and wraparound support, we keep young people safe, engaged, and moving toward opportunity.
Our trained facilitators lead interactive workshops covering de-escalation techniques, anger management, peer mediation, and non-violent communication. Participants leave with practical tools they use every day.
