The Association of Midnight Basketball ("AMB," "we," "us," or "our") is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (Federal EIN: 94-3225274 · CA State ID: C1888781) headquartered at 28 Geary Street, Suite 625, San Francisco, CA 94108.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who interact with our website, programs, and services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your information. By using our website at midnight-basketball.org, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Nonprofit Commitment

As a nonprofit, we do not sell your data for commercial purposes. Any information collected is used solely to advance our mission of youth empowerment and community safety.

  • Make a donation through our PayPal donation portal
  • Register to attend an event, summit, or program
  • Apply to become a chapter or chapter director
  • Apply for sponsorship or partnership opportunities

  • Access the Chapter Portal as an authorized chapter user

The types of personal information collected may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, organization affiliation, payment information (processed securely through PayPal), and any other information you voluntarily provide.

b) Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This information is used in aggregate form to improve our website's performance and user experience.

Our youth programs collect only the minimum information necessary for program participation, and parental or guardian consent is obtained for all minors.
