AMB accepts charitable donations through our PayPal donation portal. By making a donation, you acknowledge that:
- Your donation is voluntary and made in support of AMB's nonprofit mission
- Donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. law, as AMB is a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 94-3225274)
- All donation transactions are processed through PayPal's secure platform; AMB does not store your payment card information
- Donations are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate processing errors or other extraordinary circumstances, at AMB's sole discretion
- AMB will provide a written acknowledgment for donations of $250 or more, as required by IRS regulations

6. Chapter Portal Access
Access to the AMB Chapter Portal is restricted to authorized chapter directors and designated chapter staff. By accessing the Chapter Portal, you agree to:

- Use portal resources solely for legitimate chapter operations and program management
- Report any unauthorized access or security concerns immediately to AMB
- Comply with all AMB chapter policies, license agreements, and operational standards
- Not attempt to access portal sections for which you are not authorized
AMB reserves the right to suspend or revoke portal access at any time for violations of these Terms or chapter policies. Unauthorized access to the portal may constitute a violation of federal and state computer fraud laws.
