Lawrence C. Gray CEO Association of Midnight Basketball Inc. developed the Scared Stiff Program.  The Stockton chapter is utilizing many of the  same concepts of Scared Stiff. However, we wanted to make the name more personal and morally connecting.  We wanted emphasis on human value and empathy.   The end results are designed to be very similar to Scared Stiff.  We have written our Mentor Policy and procedure to ensure we are as successful as possible.  We are in the process of creating our Engagement Program in hope to strengthen the relationship between law enforcement and the local communities.  Our chapter needs sponsors to support our cause.  “Saving Lives Through Prevention!”
