Case Management
A Case Manager will review each partipant’s file and make sure they receive the information they and their family needs to move up the economic ladder.
The case management process consists of five parts:

(5) Client Implementing ( Care Coordination )

(8) Client Communicating Post Transition , and Evaluating .
Case Management Tools
1). General Equivalency Diploma (GED) Preparation.
2). Basic Computer Preparation.
3). Scholarships to help participants pursue Education and Career Goals.
4). Community College Referrals.
5). University and State College Enrollment
6). Trade Schools and Technical Schools.
7). Working agreements with Colleges or Universities. Department Chairman’s to get Interns to work in the MBL programs in the Community.
8). School-Based Programs: School to Career, Tech Prep.
9). Adult School.
10). College Outreach Programs.
11). Basic Literacy Program.
12). Drug Testing to qualify for the Paid Apprenticeship Program
