Jesse Smith has jumped on board to help with our programs.   Stockton has less than 10 black police officers and he is one.   Jesse is a native of Stockton and has long family history here.  He wants to help bridge the gap between law enforcement and the community.   He wants to show the youth that he is a real human being just like them and has a job to keep our community safe.   He wants to demonstrate that it’s a good thing to be a police officer.   Welcome aboard Officer Jesse Smith!
